No, parking at Columbia Bible College is free; however, parking on site will likely fill up quickly.

Yes! Feel free to bring your own food for meals and snacks. We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. On-site meals will be available for pre-order closer to the conference date. In addition, complimentary coffee will be available throughout the conference. A complimentary dessert bar will be provided on Friday evening. All meal details will be emailed to registered guests.

No, spaces in the Breakout Sessions will be on a first come, first served basis until rooms are at capacity.

Yes! This year our conference planning team is offering a kids’ program (ages 5-12), preschool child care (ages 2-4), and a teen program (Saturday only). You can register for these programs when you register for the conference. Spaces are limited and parents will be responsible to pick up their children during meal times on both Friday and Saturday.

Children may attend if registered in the supervised kids’ program.

A partial refund of 90% of the ticket price paid will be granted up until the end of early bird registration (March 5, 2027). After early bird registration closes, registration fees are non-refundable. You are welcome to transfer your registration to a friend if you are unable to attend or we can gift the extra ticket to someone who has reached out to our team for financial support.

No, all fees will be run through our registration system that does not accept PO numbers.

Yes! Please reach out to us at accounting@bchec.ca if you are unable to attend the conference due to financial reasons. There are needs-based bursaries available, and we are happy to receive your contributions towards bursaries to help a family in need as well.

Yes, the conference costs are inclusive of both days to encourage everyone to take in all of the great Speakers and Exhibitors we are bringing in to support the home learning community!

We have decided to open up a limited number of exhibit hall only tickets for the 2027 conference. Exhibit hall only admission will be available on a first come, first served basis on site on Saturday, May 15 only. These tickets will be $25 per person.

The 2027 conference venue has some dorm room accommodations available on site. More details to come.
